Sales Manager

Principale tasks:

  • Sales person capable of direct sales for one or more type market and or regions attributed to them. Solicitation of new client with direct sell or telemarketing.
  • Respect and try to achieve the sales budget, cold calls, telemarketing and appointments calls as determined by superior.
  • Able to evaluate and determine the clients needs and requirements and negotiating the contract within the required budget and estimated.
  • Able to prepare contracts, Performa, proposals, work sheets, follow-ups, etc…
  • Participation in trade shows and or blitzes with reference to the product.
  • Representing the property on business meetings and or association cocktails, etc.
  • Being able to cooperate and have a good working relationship with other departments and coworkers/colleagues.
  • To do follow-ups with clients on past, present and future events and or requirements.
    Weekly sales report to be prepared.

Requirements requested:

  • Must be bilingual, French & English spoken and written. Additional language a plus.
  • Must be available to travel.
  • 2 years sales experience within the hotel and travel industry.
  • Must have an automobile.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Person must be, responsible, disciplined, flexible, available and must have the capability to develop their designated tasks.
